§1. General provisions
- These terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”) set out the rules for participation in the “Bondly Rewards” loyalty program (the “Program”).
- The Program is voluntary and free of charge. Participation in the Program is not a condition for making purchases in the Store.
- The Program constitutes a service provided electronically to Participants within the meaning of the applicable laws on electronic services.
- The Program is not a game of chance or a lottery.
§2. Organizer and contact details
- The organizer of the Program is Bondly Lashes spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001201602, NIP: 7272894015, REGON: 54305921100000 (the “Organizer”).

§3. Definitions
- “Account” – a customer account in the Store created upon registration.
- “Participant” – a person who has an Account and accepts the Program Terms.
- “Points” – loyalty points assigned to the Participant’s Account, constituting the settlement unit in the Program.
- “Eligible Purchases” – purchases of products in the Store made by the Participant in accordance with §5.
- “Points Discount” – a reduction in the price of products in an order granted in exchange for Points in accordance with §6.
- “Product Value” – the total gross value of products in an order, including VAT, after taking into account discounts, codes, and promotions, excluding delivery costs and excluding the value paid with Points.
§4. Conditions of participation
- A person may become a Participant in the Program if they:
a) create an Account in the Store, and
b) accept the Program Terms and the Store Terms and Conditions.
- Points are assigned to the Account and may not be transferred to other accounts or sold.
- Points do not constitute electronic money, do not bear interest, and may not be exchanged for cash.
§5. Awarding Points (2% cashback rule)
- For Eligible Purchases, the Participant receives Points according to the following rule:
a) PLN 1 spent on products = 1 Point
- Points are awarded based on the Product Value after discounts, codes, and promotions, excluding delivery costs and excluding the portion paid with Points.
- Points are not awarded for:
a) delivery costs,
b) amounts paid with Points (Points Discount),
c) other additional charges, if any.
- Points are awarded after the “Delivered” condition has been met:
a) for physical products, once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered,
b) for digital content, such as an e-book, at the moment the digital content is made available to the Participant, for example by sending a link, file, or making it available for download in the Store, which for the purposes of the Program is treated as “delivery.”
- Rounding rules:
a) Points are awarded as whole numbers, according to the rule: PLN 1 = 1 Point,
b) if the Product Value includes grosze, Points are rounded to the nearest whole number.
Example: PLN 249.99 = 250 Points
§6. Redeeming Points – Points Discount
- The Participant may use accumulated Points to receive a Points Discount on future purchases of products in the Store.
- Points value:
a) 1 Point = PLN 0.02 Points Discount
Example: product priced at PLN 249 → 249 Points → 249 × PLN 0.02 = PLN 4.98 Points Discount
- Points may be used only for products, not for delivery costs.
- Minimum number of Points required for use: none. The Participant may use any number of Points, provided that the Store system allows it.
- Maximum value of the Points Discount in a single order:
a) the Points Discount has no limit,
b) the Points Discount may not reduce the product price below PLN 0.
- Combining with promotions:
a) Points may be combined with discount codes and Store promotions,
b) the order of calculation is as follows: first discounts, promotions, and codes, then the Points Discount.
- Redeeming Points results in their automatic deduction from the Participant’s balance.
§7. Validity and expiry of Points
- Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded.
- After the validity period expires, the Points expire and cannot be restored.
- Points with the shortest validity period are used first.
§8. Returns, cancellations, and balance adjustments
- In the event of order cancellation or non-delivery, Points for that order will not be awarded.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract or a product return:
a) Points awarded for returned products will be deducted from the Participant’s Account,
b) if the Points have already been used and cannot be fully deducted, the Points balance may become negative; future awarded Points will first reduce the negative balance to zero.
- The Organizer reserves the right to correct the Points balance in the event of technical errors or obvious mistakes, informing the Participant accordingly.
§9. Abuse and security
- The Organizer may refuse to award Points, block the possibility of using them, or exclude a Participant from the Program in the event of justified suspicion of abuse, for example creating multiple accounts to circumvent the Program rules.
- The Participant will be informed of the decision at the e-mail address assigned to the Account, where possible.
§10. Complaints regarding the Program
- Complaints regarding the Program, for example missing Points, may be submitted:
a) by e-mail: bondly@bondlylashes.com, or
b) in writing to the Organizer’s address specified in §2.
- The complaint should include: data identifying the Account, for example e-mail address, a description of the situation, and the request.
- The Organizer will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
§11. Personal data
- The Organizer is the controller of the personal data of Participants.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of operating the Program, including maintaining the Account, awarding and settling Points, and handling complaints, in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy.
§12. Changes to the Terms and termination of the Program
- The Organizer may amend the Program Terms for important reasons, for example legal, organizational, or technical changes.
- The Organizer will inform Participants of any change at least 14 days before the changes take effect, for example by a notice in the Store or by e-mail.
- The Organizer may terminate the Program for important reasons, informing Participants at least 30 days in advance and allowing Points to be redeemed during that period, subject to their validity period.
§13. Final provisions
- The Program Terms are available in the Store in a manner that allows them to be downloaded, stored, and printed.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Store Terms and Conditions and the applicable provisions of Polish law.
